Jayme: Kitchen Manager/Inventor of Many wonderful recipes,
menu items, and specials

In west Illinois born and raised
in the kitchen i spent most of my days.
Chillin out, cooking, and acting a fool.
Mom and dad said i shoulda stayed in school.

After just one day of working at moe’s,
gotta different job at tu tu tangos.
Then one night as my wife stared,
she said “The right job for you is just not there.”

Heard of yellow dog that place was neat,
I like making sandwiches and making smoked meats.
If anything I thought that this place was rare,
it would be super cool if i worked there.

I pulled up to a house it must of been fate
I needed a job where i could be late.
I looked at my kitchen. I was finally there.
Yellow Dog Eats! Be there or be square.

Max: Line Cook/Health Expert

Max is an obsessive podcast enthusiast. His main podcast genre preferences are paranormal and science. He knows a lot more about conspiracy theories than you do and in turn, is way more paranoid as well. Despite being exceedingly pale, he is approximately one quarter Puerto Rican, although he in no way identifies with hispanic culture. He enjoys the outdoors, bicycling, running and getting huge at the gym. Also, bowling–even though he sets the handicap for the team. His favorite spice is garlic, he drinks a smoothie a day and tries his best to be less cynical, relax more, and give the benefit of the doubt(which is difficult cause everybody be tryin’ him).

Jon: Line Cook/Cougar Tamer
Hi I’m Jon Kaz. I was born and raised in the cornfields of Indiana, where I grew up playing sports, watching cartoons, and trading pokemon cards. I graduated from West Orange, and am currently enrolled in college at Valencia. I have 2 brothers, 3 sisters, and 5 nephews and neices.

When I’m not working, im usually with my friends ‘attempting’ to make music. My favorite super heroes are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and my favorite movie growing up was the Brave Little Toaster. It doesn’t take much to cheer me up, a tall glass of chocolate milk usually does the trick.

Tom W: Line Cook
I was born on the 18th of October in the year of 1992 in Birmingham, England. I stayed there till I was 10 when my parents decided to move to this great land of freedom. We first moved to California and we ended up staying there for a little over a year, but due to expenses we chose to move to Florida.

Music is my passion. I’ve been playing drums for about 8 or 9 years and was on the Drumline at West Orange High School. After high school I decided to delve more into guitar, although I had been playing it on and off for some years. My taste in music is quite broad but to narrow it down I mostly listen to the blues and progressive. My plan is to go into school for music, either for producing or just to better myself. Where ever life takes me I know that as long as I’m still playing I’ll be happy.

Victor: Line Cook/Dancer Extroardinaire
Life as a military brat led Victor around the world and, while being born in Rota, Spain, he is of Dominican heritage which allowed him to be fluent in both English and Spanish. His mother and father, who was in the Navy for 30 years, moved him and his brother around from Spain to Jacksonville, Long Island, a naval base in Atsugi, Japan, and ultimately ended up in Orlando, Florida. Out of all the places he loved living in Japan the most because of the extremly courteous and selfless people, their rich culture, and their mouth watering meals.
He was raised in a very loving and fun-loving family. Countless holidays and birthdays were spent with family and friends and echoed with, the percussive and hip moving, Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata. Summers spent in the Dominican Republic and Spain also rooted a very musical spirit and ultimately led to Victor’s love of music and instruments of all kinds. He’s played the bassoon for 7 years, marimba and other percussion instruments for 4 years, and has been learning guitar on down time. Once he graduated from high school, Victor attended school and is currently working on a marketing degree. Before he dies Victor wants to continue traveling and learning about the worlds cultrues and customs. He also wants to try out rock climbing and using a squirrel suit.

Bert: Line Cook/Bird Watcher
The names Bert. I’ve worked in the resturant industry for 8 years now. From Donato’s Pizzeria for 5 years and Jimmy Johns for 3 years and now ending up here at the Dog. I enjoy making food for people and making each dish look as delicious as it tastes, but working at restaurants isn’t the only thing I’m about. I went to school in Gator country, Gainesville, Fl and got my Zoo Animal Technology A.S degree at Santa Fe college. After graduating I married my wife who supports my passion. I hope to one day be an animal keeper or trainer. I’ve always had a passion to work with animals sice I was young. I’ve been to Ireland for a Birds of Prey internship for three months which changed my life. I’m an Eco friendly, DIY, fancy foot work, down for anything kinda guy. I’ll always try something once and I ride till I die.

Carson: Line Cook/Sensitive Guy

Hello, my name is Carson Mitchell Roberge and I am the dude who makes your sandwiches here at the dog. I plopped on this world on April 14th. I grew up in Texas and came to Florida in 2002. I am told that my spirit animal is a wolf, because I am all over the place and “mysterious”. I don’t really know what they’re talking about but hey wolves are awesome.
I enjoy the outdoors and find that I am happiest when surrounded by nature. I love all things that swims, slithers or walks on four legs. My plan is to get a degree in zoology and spend the rest of my days loving on animals.  Pretty sure this gives you a fairly good understanding of who I am.

Sarah: General Manager/Catering Manager

Born and raised in central Minnesota over 3 decades ago, I left cow country and the snow for a more panoramic life after graduating high school. A self proclaimed nomad, I traveled these great United States for 12+ years from west coast to east coast and back (twice), I gathered life experience, a few bumps and bruises along the way and a whole lot of snarky sarcasm. After the whole fam dam moved from the arctic snow and tundra of the north and settled in the indoor foliage capital of the world, Apopka, I went all Homeward Bound with my four legged traveling companion, Barkley McDoggington (Sir Barkley, Broccoli, Handsome, Champ, B Dog, B Dizzle, Stud Muffin), and settled once and for all in Florida.

Wham! Bam! Thank you ma’am! I found Yellow Dog and truly felt like I had come home!

Likes: dogs (especially my own), ice cream (vanilla bean), wine (anything red), sunshine (soul fuel), rainbows (pretty), butterflies (transmorphic, duh)

Dislikes: frowning (means you’re sad), judgements (ugly and evil), gum on the bottom of my shoes (sticky), having nothing to wear/pinchy shoes (because i’m a chick)

When I’m not at the dog, I’m living the life by the pool with my Barkleton or putting more miles on my running shoes than could ever possibly be necessary.

If you need to get the party started, look me up! Call me! Stop in and see me! Click on the Catering Menu tab! I like !!!!!!!’s But seriously though, let’s have fun planning your next event at Yellow Dog Eats!

Oh and I like pumpkins!
